A: Yes! All of our pieces are made by hand by our highly skilled professional armourer.
Q: What currency are your products priced in?
A: All of our prices are listed in CANADIAN dollars, please convert to your local currency to see the correct price for you!
Q: Are all of your designs based on historical pieces?
A: Yes! Our main line of armour pieces are based off real extant pieces. We also do fantasy based armour and modify certain designs to be more protective than the original piece it was based on.
Q: Do you accept returns on defective items or if I feel the item isn't right for me?
A: Yes we accept returns on defective items, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer but may be fully refunded depending on the circumstances. On all other returns we have a 25% restocking fee, return shipping will be coverered by the customer and initial shipping paid by the customer will not be refunded. Our return window is within 7 days of receiving your item. Item must return in unused and brand new condition.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: All in stock orders typically ship within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise on the product pages. Once shipped we always use tracking so you can follow your order on its way to you.

The information on this site is used only by Aegis Armour. We value our customers too much to damage our relationships with them. Information is gathered at several points on our web site from our customers but customers do not have to worry about information being sold, shared or rented to others. Users www.aegisarmour.ca will not get onto any internet mailing lists because they shopped online with us.
Ordering
We require some basic information to process your order. Billing and shipping information is requested along with payment information. Contact information, such as e-mail address and phone number, is used only to confirm your order or for contact purposes should we have trouble processing an order. We neither solicit by telephone nor release this information to other companies.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file stored on your computer's hard drive that contains information relating to your visit to our site such as shopping cart contents. When you leave and then return to our site, this information is recalled to improve the shopping experience.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. At no time will Aegis Armour use e-mail to solicit our customers unless they have wilfully signed up to our Newsletter.
